What do I need to provide?

My contact details

I contact compo@etic-france.com and provide the following information to create my EPS account:

• First and last name of the account holder
• Email address for receiving orders
• Telephone number
• Delivery / billing address.

My brand guidelines

Providing my brand guidelines is ideal — a PDF document containing everything the DTP team needs to create my materials in line with my company’s brand consistency. Otherwise, anything that could help our designers customise the web platform to your brand identity (logo, colours, photos, etc.).

My HD files

I provide the high-definition printable proofs (BAT) (with crop marks and bleed). Otherwise, I contact the DTP team compo@etic-france.com to check whether my files are usable and suitable.

My fonts

I provide my fonts in .TTF or .OTF format; note that in the case of an American font, the DTP team will suggest a close French equivalent for use in the materials.
